As part of a multidisciplinary team I helped Mass General bring under one umbrella what was a massive online presence of unique websites for different areas of the hospital – none of which were logically connected. We undertook an audit of all of their digital assets and websites, created a taxonomy of all content and established workflow and governance practices for allowing content to be updated and managed properly.

We interviewed all necessary stakeholders, from nurses to patients to doctors, and delivered a solution that to this day still stands. The stories of those who have used the website and have benefited by the clear structure of content and the simplicity of navigating the site make this project one of my proudest to have worked on.
